Wow, we are just recovering from all of the second birthday madness that's been going on of late. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who entered the second birthday hamper draw, you certainly are a creative and talented bunch!

Without further ado we would like to announce the winners of the five Second Birthday Hampers!

THE #CUCUMBERCARVERY COMPETITION
We had a small but perfectly formed pool of creatively carved cucumbers that entered our Instagram competition. The race was very close between two in particular, so much so that we had to put it to a public vote. We asked, you responded and the winner is....

Congratulations to @nzdollynurse! An incredible effort in fashioning not only a gin bottle but also a cup with garnish for her entry! A hamper laden with treats that pair perfectly with gin and back issues of Glory Days are on their way to your picnic blanket!

THE FACEBOOK TAG A FRIEND COMPETITION
Gosh you are a generous lot! Firstly, to be so kind on our Facebook page by wishing us birthday cheer and offering your congratulations on our milestone. We had a wee tear in our eye when we read through all the comments, and want to thank you for all your support.

Secondly, in leaving so many lovely comments about who you would share the hamper with. We wish we could give you a hamper each but alas, there can only be one winner (on Facebook at least) and, through the magic of the random number generator, that winner is... Anne Mortimer!

THE TWITTER GINWORD COMPETITION
You certainly all have a way with words. It was so much fun reading all the gintastic semantics that you shared on Twitter over the past few days. And while we had many favourites there was one that was our MOST favourite (or favouritest? Hang on, is that even a word?!).
